This oil is designed for sports massage and helps prepare muscles and tendons before a competition or regular training.

It is particularly suitable for professional massage, but can also be used for personal use. It absorbs completely, leaving the skin dry and supple.

Apply the oil 10 minutes before training or competing, massaging it into the muscles and tendons primarily involved until completely absorbed.
